Tuohy’s Downtown was a dream, a lifetime in the making. Sean Tuohy, Kimi Tuohy-Dziubek and Audra Tuohy-Tannenholz dreamed of owning their own restaurant from a very early age. Their very first restaurant was in the living room of their grandfather “Pop’s” apartment in Queens, New York. There they would set up multiple TV tables and chairs throughout the living room, and invite their Aunt and Uncles to dine at “Tuohy’s Restaurant.” Pop would cook dinner and the three kids would serve.

The sibling trio went on to work together in numerous restaurants throughout their careers. In 2021, they decided to team up once again and open a restaurant for themselves along with Audra’s fiancé Billy Eggers who works locally for Evans Properties. Vero Beach was the perfect place and so Tuohy’s Downtown was born. Vero has embraced the Tuohy’s with open arms. The siblings (and Billy) look forward to making amazing memories for years to come with the Treasure Coast communities. We’d like to welcome you warmly to our table…
